We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for some reason you aren’t, we will happily accommodate your request to return or exchange.

All products (except underwear) purchased from Cactus can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase - no requests will be processed after that time.

Products NOT eligible for Refund/Exchange

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any return /exchange on underwear. All products on sale and promotions are final sales.

Exchange

• In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, or we ship the wrong product or size, we will gladly issue you a Cactus Online Credit, for the full amount and shipping cost, which you can use for future purchases.
• Goods sent to our warehouse will be inspected before your claim is approved.
• Goods need to be unworn, unused and unaltered, and all packaging tags and labels must be intact to qualify for an exchange.
• Please send your requests for exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your order to customercare@cactuskids.pk and 0301-5542475.

Refund

• We have a No Refund policy.
• However, defective product claims are eligible and will be processed.
• You are requested to please contact customercare@cactuskids.pk or 0301-5542475 within 7 working days of delivered date.
• If your claim is approved, you will be given a full refund amount in the form of a Cactus Online Credit, which may be used for future purchases.
• Goods need to be unworn, unused and unaltered, and all packaging tags and labels must be intact to qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

After your request is approved and we have determined that the item delivered is wrong from our side, then we will arrange a pickup from your address, with no charge to you.

Customers wanting to exchange articles that have no defects and are correctly delivered per your order, will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
